Great experience with Tony from White's Restoration. In the middle of moving, we noticed some mold in our closet. White's Restoration was a god send. I had a broken pipe downstairs in my finished family room which flooded the carpet and room. They came right over with 3 huge dehumidifiers and 5 fans, removed pieces of the wall and insulation to find the problem area, and removed all the wet carpet padding. Everything was cleaned up for me! Eli was leading the charge to make sure it was done correctly. He was the best. Eli's attention to detail was fantastic. Thank you all so much!read more

Woke up and a pipe had broken and water was everywhere on the main floor and running down into the basement. Called White’s (on a Saturday) and within thirty minutes they had one of their project managers on site to assess next steps and thirty minutes after that a crew was here at the house to remove the standing water and begin the demo, setting up fans, etc to minimize damage and to aid the restoration process. This was a major water event and I have never seen a company move more quickly or professionally to help in a time of crisis. They also take and prepare meticulous notes and help in the event an insurance claim needs to be filed. Very glad I called White’s and special thanks to Keith, Michael, Eli and the whole team at White’s for being there and answering the call.read more

A while back, we had a stove top fire. We were fortunate to have White’s Fire Smoke & Water Damage Restoration take care of us. During this stressful time, an amazing team responded by immediately presenting to do an initial assessment, coordinate packing up of our home items, send linen/clothes out for specialty cleaning & transition our beloved home back to it’s original state. We were impressed by how thorough the work was and how seamlessly they communicated with our insurance company. The home treatment included cleaning & deodorizing the house and contents by the most kind & personable couple!! Our clothing was packed up by another special team (not us!!) who deodorized & treated each item, paying attention to specialty products. This was such a relief given that this was an emotionally taxing time for us. The walls & ceiling were repainted. Each item was eventually returned to its place within a very reasonable time frame. I stopped by today to utilize their free vehicle sanitation service. I was very happy with the care and overall happiness they had in taking care to make sure my vehicle and others were disinfected and sanitized during these times. Wow! Same day service, amazing! I called to have a moisture issue that my pre-inspector said was along a whole wall. They were able to come look at it, and were even 20 minutes early. After a trip I returned home to a torrent of water gushing up my split-level stairs, walls, and my feet. We had water damage back in October 2021 which left us with a hole in our ceiling and an unusable bathroom. Between insurance and changes within the company, it took us a while before we were able to move forward. It was well worth the wait allowing us to work with Darryl. He was very helpful in walking us through the process of what to expect with the repairs. He took great care of our property and you can tell he takes pride in his work. We recently had a pipe burst in one of our rental properties. After talking with the plumber who fixed the pipe, we decided to hire White's to do the demo and restoration. Every single person we encountered throughout the process was very helpful. They did a fantastic job from start to finish and it looks great. Specifically, Morgan and Darryl stood out to me. When I had a question, Morgan would do whatever she could to answer that for me as quickly as possible. Darryl was doing the majority of the rebuild and did a great job. White's was so amazing after our garage fire. It was such an emotional event for us, and it was an incredible relief to have someone like White's help coordinate and manage the cleanup. They took a lot of stress off of us. The work crews were incredibly courteous and thorough when cleaning our belongings, removing damaged materials, and doing the smoke mitigation. They were so respectful, quiet, and careful to not disrupt us, which is huge for me because I work from home. We are currently going through a flooded kitchen and water damage through to our downstairs ceiling. Tony has been in charge of the team of guys who have helped us and he has made such a stressful situation so much easier on us. He has been incredibly courteous and has answered many questions and even has helped us after hours. He came to our house within hours of our call due to the flooding and got all of the correct information to our insurance company timely so we were approved to start treatment right away. They were able to come out the following day and prevent any further damage. Umon and Jesse came out to do the treatments and apply all the dryers and they were both super kind, courteous and professional.We’re not quite done with our treatment, but we couldn’t be happier with the service we’ve had with Whites. As homeowners of less than 1 year, we were shocked when our township's sewage system backed into our finished basement on August 7th, 2021. The stormwater overflowed into the town's sewage manholes and caused black water/solid waste to enter our home and at least 14 other family's homes in our neighborhood. La Crosse, Wisconsin took on about 6 in of rain within 1 hour and we watched sewage come up through our basement shower and laundry room drain, like a nightmare. We quickly called 911/fire department. A firefighter stood at the top of our stairs peering down at the 6 inches of poop water and said "I'm sorry this is not an emergency." This happened to the other 14 families as well. The town claims no liability. We were in the basement as it was happening, watching the brown sewage (from the town's main sewage line) quickly seep into our finished basement's carpet, walls, and all of our possessions. 1 hour after the flooding, all local restoration companies were already all booked out 5 to 7 days. This was a hazard that had to be dealt with immediately. We got a hold of White's and they were out to our house within 4 hours and started working around 11p.m. they spent about a week in our basement removing the liquid and solids, ripping out drywall, carpeting, and then finally drying out the studs and sanitizing the surfaces. This situation was by far the most stressful thing we have ever dealt with. White's was there for us when we needed them, and if there were any issues along the way, the owner heard us out and took care of them in a professional and caring manner. If you have a large emergency, I would suggest trying to request an estimate before work begins, however, not all situations can wait more than a couple hours for resolution. Our situation was EXTREMELY involved. I have attached photos of our basement before, during and a few updates. We are very slowly re-finishing the entire basement and have since installed a backflow preventer, so the towns sewage will not back up into our house next time.read more

I had a drain back up in my basement in one of my rental properties. I called White's and they had a crew out there faster than their promise of 4 hours. The got all of the water out of my basement and sprayed a disinfectant. They brought some equipment but decided not to place it as they thought there was no need and did not want to upcharge me for a service I didn't need. I appreciated their honesty and not trying to take advantage of the situation.read more
